Dear Renaissance Park Master Homeowner,
The Renaissance Park budget ratification meeting will be held Thursday, October 27th at 6:00 PM. The meeting will be held in the state ballroom EF at the Marriott Hotel located at 500 Fayetteville Street in downtown Raleigh. Parking is available in the Marriott parking deck underneath the hotel or on Fayetteville Street.
The purpose of the meeting is to ratify the 2012 Association budget. I have enclosed the budget for your review reflecting no change in the assessment rate for 2012. Per Article V, there is no quorum requirement for this meeting and the budget shall be deemed ratified unless 80% of the membership rejects the budget.
Representatives from PPM, Inc. and Wakefield Development Company will be present at this meeting to answer your questions. Should you have any questions about the proposed budget in advance of this meeting, please contact me at 848-4911 X119.
We look forward to seeing you at this meeting. We expect the meeting to last approximately one hour.
Sincerely,
