Renaissance Park, Wakefield Development Company’s first technology-driven master-planned community near Downtown Raleigh, was honored with a Gold Award for Best Digital Marketing Tool as part of the 2008 The Nationals awards program.
“The Vision DVD does a phenomenal job of capturing the essence of Renaissance Park and has been a very successful marketing tool for the community,” said John Myers, president of Wakefield Development Company. “We are thrilled to be recognized for our efforts.”

“We are excited to have reached this milestone of the 100th home sold in such a short period of time,” said Dawn Forrest, Director of Marketing, Wakefield Development Company. “Renaissance Park’s proximity to downtown and its hi-tech features combined with Georgian and Federal architecture are what we believe to be driving the success of this community.”
